PRINCIPAL
Mike is trained in all aspects of the development process, including site selection, design, construction, legal supervision, financing, leasing, marketing and property management. In 2008, Michael formed CANAdev, one of the premiere boutique retail experience firms in the country, working with top brands, tenants and landlords.
NICK ALEVROGIANNIS
LEASING
Nick’s expertise in restaurant management, restaurant consulting, title representation, tenant representation, landlord representation, retail and development ensures that his clients goals are met. A graduate of St. Paul’s and McDaniel College, Nick leads CANAdev’s leasing team, working closely with food hall and restaurant tenants.
KATIE ZULTY
LEASING
Katie is a Baltimore native who graduated from Virginia Tech. Prior to CANAdev, she obtained her real estate license and worked as a sales manager for a residential real estate team. In 2017 Katie joined CANAdev in 2017 as Operations Manager and has since transitioned into a leasing role, working on projects in the Baltimore-DC metro area.

KELLY DUFFY
REGIONAL MANAGER
Kelly grew up in New Jersey before making Philadelphia her adopted home. She graduated from Temple University with a Master’s of Tourism & Hospitality Management. With a love for creating experiences for people, Kelly fell into the event planning world. In Spring 2018, Kelly joined CANAdev as Marketplace Manager at The Bourse. As Regional Manager, Kelly now oversees all Marketplace Managers.

BRAND MANAGER
In between gigs in music, fashion and journalism, Andy built 15 years of experience in restaurants, including owning and operating Maggie’s Farm. Here she developed an enthusiasm for small business, social media and community connections. Andy joined CANAdev in early 2018 as Marketplace Manager of Cross Street Market. She now oversees CANAdev’s communications & social media, and the company’s relationships with creative partners.
EMIL MOLDOVEANU
DIGITAL PRODUCER
Emil is a videographer, photographer & editor, and FAA licensed remote pilot. Originally from Romania, Emil is based in Annapolis and joined CANAdev in 2019. Emil combines his love for travel and film, storytelling and sharing the perspectives of people through video & short documentaries. As Digital Producer, Emil brings his creative eye to each project. You can see his work on the CANAdev social handles.
HANNAH MAGANN
EVENTS & MARKETING MANAGER
A graduate from Rowan University, with a BA in Advertising and BS in Marketing, Hannah dreamed of taking her passion and creativity across the Delaware River into Philadelphia. Hannah joined CANAdev in September 2018 as the Events & Marketing intern at The Bourse. Little did she know, she would be working in the same building her grandfather had shined shoes during the Great Depression. Today, Hannah enjoys promoting this historic building to locals and tourists alike as Events and Marketing Coordinator.

PROJECT MANAGER
Matt is a Baltimore native, and graduated from the University of North Carolina. Before joining the CANAdev team, Matt was a Loan Officer at First Home Mortgage in Timonium. Since 2017, Matt has been involved in all facets of the development process on multiple CANAdev projects, including Cross Street Market (MD), High Street Place (MA) and Stock + Grain Assembly (NC).
ERIN CHALKLEY
PROJECT MANAGER
After starting her career in retail visual merchandising in Texas, Erin decided to merge her passion for gathering friends over great meals with her understanding of designing & developing consumer experiences. She moved to Washington D.C. in 2015 and became a Development Project Manager with a local restaurant group. A proper fit, she joined the CANAdev team in 2019.
ALISON GOSS
PROJECT MANAGER
Alison is experienced in corporate restaurant development and real estate asset management. Her main focus is coordinating all aspects of a project’s life cycle, from predevelopment to stabilization. Alison graduated from Marymount Manhattan with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Finance & Investments.

Candice joined CANAdev in Spring 2019 as Marketplace Manager at Cross Street Market. With a background in hospitality and commercial development & construction, she brings nearly a decade of relevant experience to the team. Candice has spearheaded marketing and events for exciting projects across the country and is proud to call Baltimore home.
GREGGORY CERINO
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Gregg is a Baltimore native who joined CCANAdev as an Operations Manager in spring 2021. While bartending, he graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Economics, then completed a Dual Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Business Administration. Gregg looks forward to using his education and experience to collaborate with others in creating a great bar atmospheres.
LAUREN JOHNSON
MARKETPLACE MANAGER
Lauren began her career in hospitality in Saratoga Springs, New York, and made Boston her home in 2010. Before joining CANAdev in 2019 as the Marketplace Manager of High Street Place, she helped successfully launch several Boston-based start-ups in roles that highlighted her experience in marketing and events project management. Colleagues and friends refer to Lauren as “a human Zagat,” as she is a go-to resource for dining recommendations in Boston and dozens of other cities. Lauren is looking to reshape Boston’s dining experience and build community.
CHRISTINA TRINH
MARKETPLACE MANAGER
Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Lancaster, PA, Christina graduated from Temple University, and has made Philadelphia her home since. She has nearly a decade of experience in restaurant and catering hospitality, real estate, and digital journalism. She brings with her a strong passion for concept development, multimedia marketing, event planning, and customer relationship management. Christina joined CANAdev in spring 2021 as Marketplace Manager at The Bourse.
MERCEDES COWPER
MARKETPLACE MANAGER
A born-and-raised Michigander, Mercedes has over a decade of experience in the events management industry having worked on a local and international scale with companies serving overseas clients as well as local, brick and mortar businesses. Looking to expand her horizons, Mercedes moved to D.C. in 2017 for a position in academia, but soon realized her true calling was in the food & beverage industry. Over the past three years she has gained a breadth of knowledge and experience within the hospitality industry from Host to Wine Director at a Michelin-star restaurant in downtown D.C.
BOBBY JOHNSTON
EVENTS & MARKETING MANAGER
Bobby was born and raised in Pittsburgh and owns a home at the city’s summit, in the Mount Washington neighborhood. He earned two degrees—a B.A. in marketing and sports marketing and an M.S. in leadership—from Duquesne University. Throughout his career in marketing, sales and event planning, his goal has always been to creating interesting, memorable experiences for consumers. He's also a woodworker and a runner, completing 13 marathons and half marathons.
